Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to returns, refunds, and warranty at Orsh Store. Completing a purchase constitutes implicit agreement to the terms stated herein.
First: Return & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility Conditions
Customers may request a return within a period not exceeding 3 days from the date of receipt, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

The product must be unused and unopened.

The product must be in its original condition and original packaging.

All accessories and original contents must be included.

The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
The store reserves the right to refuse any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
2. Refund Process

All returned products are subject to inspection to ensure they meet the return conditions.

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund requests will be processed within a maximum of 3 business days from the date of approval.

The time required for the refunded amount to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider. The store is not responsible for delays beyond its control.
3. Fees

Change of mind: The customer bears the return shipping costs.

Incorrect item received or manufacturing defect: No fees will be charged. The store will bear all shipping costs. The customer must notify us within 15 days from the date of receipt. Any claim submitted after this period will not be accepted as a “defective upon arrival” case.
Note: Hand delivery to the warehouse is free of charge.
Second: Warranty Policy
If the product malfunctions after use, it will be handled in accordance with the approved warranty terms applicable to the product.
1. Inspection Process

The product will be inspected to determine the cause of the malfunction, and processing will be completed within a maximum of 3 business days.

If the defect is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault and within the warranty period, the product will be repaired or replaced according to the approved warranty policy.
2. Warranty Does Not Cover the Following Cases:

Misuse or use contrary to instructions.

Breakage or external physical damage.

Damage caused by liquids, impact, tampering, or any non-manufacturing-related causes.
Acceptance or rejection of warranty claims will be determined solely based on the technical inspection results.

The customer bears the shipping cost to the warehouse.

Hand delivery to the warehouse is free of charge.
